Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Hossain Chandab.
The 47-year-old man is wanted on warrant in relation to driving offences.
Chandab is described as having an olive skin, dark coloured hair, 185cms tall with a medium build.
He is known to frequent the Keilor Downs area.
Investigators have released an image of Chandab in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
