Improved ‘DA Track It’ launched by Council

An increased level of information on development applications (DAs) submitted to Clarence Valley Council (CVC) is now available through a revamped online public database called ‘DA Track It’, launched this week.

The application tracker now enables users to access data, track the progress of applications and view associated documentation. It includes DAs, subdivisions, modifications and review of determinations.

All DAs submitted since 1 January 2023 now have the following additional documents displayed where applicable.

• Notification Plan

• Statement of Environmental Effects

• Notice of Determination

• Approved Plans

CVC Manager Development and Land Use Planning, Murray Lane, said DA Track It now offered more access to information than ever before.

“This service improves transparency about development application determinations made under delegated authority. It also responds to community feedback that people want more access to information about DAs,” he said.

The DA Track It service will also display all documents submitted for advertised development applications.

The tracker still allows you to view what DAs have been lodged since 1 January 2015. Copies of past DAs (prior to 1 January 2023) and associated documentation and plans can be obtained by submitting a request for information.

Meanwhile, Council has also this week released a new online DA Fee Estimator, where potential applicants can generate their own DA quote quickly and easily.
