Community members of Bilpin, Berambing, Mount Tomah, Mountain Lagoon, Kurrajong Heights and Kurrajong Hills are invited to a free community dinner and to be part of a conversation about disaster support and trauma psychology with Dr Rob Gordon. It will be held on Wednesday, 19 April at 6pm for a 6:30pm start at Chapel Hill Retreat, 36 Berambing Crescent, Berambing.
Dr Gordon is a specialist psychologist who has decades of experience in disaster and trauma psychology and extensive experience in communities following disasters, in partnership with Australian Red Cross, focusing on:
- harnessing great opportunities for post traumatic growth
- building trust in communities
- developing confidence within communities.
