Inquiries continue into death of one-year-old child, NSW

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner after a one-year-old child was found unconscious at a home in Chester Hill.

About 3.30pm (Sunday 3 February 2019), emergency services were called to a home on Ohagan Street, Chester Hill, after reports a baby boy was found unresponsive.

NSW Ambulance paramedics attended and the child was unable to be revived.

Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced investigations.

The cause of death is yet to be determined.
