Inspector Martin says strong partnerships will remain a key focus in achieving positive outcomes.
“I am looking forward to continuing to build on the strong relationships already established across Police, iwi, partner agencies, local government, and the wider community.”
“We know the best results are achieved when we work together, and those relationships are critical to addressing harm, preventing crime, and supporting those who need our help.”
She also highlighted her commitment to supporting and developing Police staff.
“Our people are our greatest asset. I am committed to developing and enabling our staff to be the best they can be, ensuring they have the support, opportunities, and leadership needed to thrive and deliver exceptional service to our communities.”
