Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ismaeel El-leissy.
The 22-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to assault and bail offences.
El-leissy is about 195cm tall, of solid build with short dark brown hair.
El-leissy is known to frequent the Craigieburn and Broadmeadows areas.
Investigators have released an image of El-leissy in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
