Jump online for Trail Tutorials

Fashion, finance and sustainability experts have once again joined forces to share their knowledge through a series of tutorials that will run in conjunction with the annual Garage Sale Trail.

Join fashion designer Kit Willow, 1 Million Women founder Natalie Issacs, finance expert Molly Benjamin, interior designer Adam Powell, master stitcher and maker Daisy Braid, and sustainable fashion educator and eco stylist Nina Gbor as they show you how to DIY your wardrobe, dress sustainably, resell fashion as a side hustle and more.

The online tutorials will be held on Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7.

On Saturday from noon, jump online for a DIY your wardrobe session with Daisy Braid.

The 40-minute session will have you stitching up a dream with tips on how to repurpose fabric scraps and turn old clothes new again.

Daisy Braid is a sewing blogger and maker from the Gold Coast who shares free sewing patterns and tutorials on her blog to encourage and inspire makers of all levels to DIY their dream wardrobe.

The national Garage Sale Trail now runs over two weekends – November 13 to 14 and November 20 to 21.

You can sell the stuff you no longer need and snag guilt-free bargains.

This year, locals can again do Garage Sale Trail both online or here in Wodonga ( restrictions permitting).

Whether you’re going virtual or in-person, after registering as a seller you’ll receive a bunch of tools and tips to set you up for success.
