Spaces are currently available at:
- Malvern Community Arts Centre
- Phoenix Park Community Centre, Malvern East
- Prahran RSL
The spaces could be ideal for organisations looking for office accommodation, a creative studio, space to deliver community programs or a dedicated community hub.
Unlike casual venue hire, a long-term tenancy means your allocated space can be exclusively yours for the duration of the tenancy, giving your organisation a consistent place to work, create, connect and grow.

We’re looking for not-for-profit, community organisations or businesses whose work and activities align with community values and contribute positively to the Stonnington community.
Finding suitable long-term tenants for Council-owned venues helps make better use of valued community assets while supporting the organisations, businesses and activities that contribute to Stonnington’s vibrant places and thriving community.
