Stalking Cautions Issued To Northern Suburbs Man

A man has been issued with stalking cautions in relation to two Members of Parliament.

The 44-year-old northern suburbs man has also been charged with breach of bail in connection with unrelated offending.

The man was arrested at a northern suburbs address this afternoon (Tuesday 27 October) following investigations by Northern Districts officers.

The stalking cautions relate to separate incidents involving the two Members of Parliament at different locations and are not connected.

An individual issued with a stalking caution can be formally charged with stalking under Section 19AA of the Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935 (SA) if they breach the conditions of the stalking caution.

The man has bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 27 November 2026 in connection with the breach of bail charge.
