Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Justin Rowe.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to criminal damage offences.
Rowe is described as having a fair complexion, approximately 178cm tall, large build and red hair.
He is known to frequent the Diggers Rest, Keilor Downs and St Albans areas.
Investigators have released an image of Rowe in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
