Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Katara Ronan.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to criminal damage offences.
Ronan is described as being 160cm tall and of medium build with long brown hair.
She is known to frequent the Richmond and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ronan in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
