Construction update
Construction is progressing well. This month, the following work was completed or started:
Sports courts
The timber flooring is now installed, and court line markings are being applied. Work on the amenities is also moving ahead, with wall and floor tiling complete.
Warm water pool and spa, quiet studio and consult suites
Wall tiling is now finished, and pool tiling will start soon.
25 metre and learn-to-swim pools
Roof installation is complete.
Leisure pool, aqua play area, change rooms and party room
Structural steel is complete, and services installation and roofing is now underway.
Foyer and creche
The roof is now complete. Installation of services and plaster is underway.
Fitness and gym areas
Steel structure installation has started.
Car park
Work on the car park is continuing.
