The time has come to say goodbye to the much-loved Ocean View Kiosk team after more than 18 years of service to our community. Council appreciates the commitment and goodwill Darren, Jude and the team have extended to both our community and its many visitors.
The Mandated Government EOI Process:
The existing kiosk has reached the end of its life, and as such the site will undergo a refresh, including the installation of a new shipping container-style kiosk. The kiosk is located on Crown land; Council is required to follow State Government Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) policy and run an Expression of Interest (EOI) process when a lease becomes available.
Council looks forward to sharing updates on the transformation, progress and announcing the new operators along the way.
