A free legal clinic to support some of the most vulnerable people in our society – older people – will officially launch at an event on Thursday with the NSW Attorney General, The Hon. Mark Speakman SC MP.
Established by the University’s Newcastle Law School, the Older Persons Legal Clinic offers free legal advice for older people on a range of issues including financial abuse, dispute with neighbours, advanced care directives, wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardians and tenancy disputes.
