The Member for Nightcliff Natasha Fyles will be taking personal leave for approximately two weeks from Monday 21 February 2021.
Minister Fyles’ son has previously received treatment for a Spinal Cord tumor, and further urgent specialist treatment is now required.
Minister Fyles is grateful for the support shown to the family by friends, colleagues and the community, she also asks for privacy to allow the family to focus on her son’s wellbeing and recovery.
Minister Manison will act for Ms Fyles in her Parliamentary role as Minister for Health, National Resilience, Tourism and Hospitality, Racing Gaming and Licensing, Alcohol Policy, Major Events and Leader of Government Business.
