Dispose of your storm damaged green waste for free until 5pm Sunday 30 November at Sunshine Coast Council resource recovery centres.

Green waste must be ‘clean’:

1. No plastic bags.
2. No plant pots – plastic or other.
3. No timber including pallets or fencing. This can contain asbestos.
4. No invasive plants plants (eg tubers, seeds). These must be disposed of to landfill.
5. No gravel or dirt. Dirt is to be removed from rootballs prior to disposal of root systems.
6. Root balls, palms and tree trunks over 30cm in diameter will be charged as general solid waste.
