Earlier: Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 78-year-old has man reported missing from Chermside.
He was last seen at a location on Gympie Road yesterday (April 22) but has not been in contact since.
Anyone who may have seen him or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
