In addition, LSC face-to-face customer service is available in Gosford every Tuesday (except for public holidays and 2 January 2024) between 8.30am and 4.30pm at 32 Mann Street, Gosford.
If you can’t make these locations, trained Service NSW staff handle 80,000 calls annually from LSC customers. They are ready to take your call on 13 14 41 between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. To call using an interpreter, please call the National Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and ask them to call us on 13 14 41.
