Lord Mayor Clover Moore to address Independent Planning Commission on Star Casino Tower
The Independent Planning Commission is today holding a public meeting to hear from the community on the proposed Star Casino Ritz-Carlton hotel and residential apartment development. The IPC will then make a final decision to support or reject the proposal.
The Lord Mayor will speak at the public meeting and encourage the IPC to uphold the Department of Planning recommendation to reject the proposal, which is eight times the height allowed under existing rules.
