Homicide Squad Detectives have charged a 51-year-old man as a result of their investigation into the death of a 51-year-old man in Maddington on 2 November 2023.
It will be alleged, between 11.15am and 5.45pm, the accused seriously assaulted the victim in the home of their shared address.
It will be further alleged, the victim suffered critical injuries and died as a result of the assault.
On 29 November 2023, the 51-year-old Maddington man was charged with one count of Murder.
He has been refused bail and is due to appear in the Armadale Magistrates Court today, 30 November 2023.
