Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following the death of another man in Bentleigh East yesterday.
Detectives have charged a 20-year-old Bentleigh East man with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder.
Emergency services were called to an address on Brady Road just before 8pm where a man was located with critical injuries.
It’s alleged a physical altercation took place between two males and a female.
A yet to be formally identified man died at the scene.
The female was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators allege the parties are known to one another.
The 20-year-old man will appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
