Police will prepare a report for the coroner after a man has died in Mount Bogong this morning.
It is understood the man was skiing with a group in Mount Bogong backcountry yesterday when he fell and became injured.
The group notified emergency services about 5.30pm last night.
Police from Search and Rescue, along with SES and wilderness paramedics reached him however he sadly died about 6.30am.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
