A man has died following a fatal truck crash in Sydney’s Upper North Shore this morning.
Just before 3am (Thursday 17 September 2026), emergency services were called to Leighton Place, Hornsby, following reports of a truck crash.
Officers attached to Kuring Gai Police Area Command attended and were told a truck had rolled and hit a pole.
The body of a man was located inside the vehicle.
He is yet to be formally identified.
A crime scene has been established, and police have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A report will be prepared for the information of the NSW coroner.
