Man dies in crash at Campbelltown, NSW

A man has died in a two-vehicle crash in Sydney’s south-west last night.

About 11.30pm (Saturday 16 May 2020), emergency services were called to the Hume Highway, Campbelltown, after a Ford Falcon and Toyota Rav4 collided.

The driver of the Ford Falcon, a 25-year-old man, died at the scene.

His passenger, a 26-year-old man, was treated for suspected internal injuries before being taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.

The driver of the Toyota, a 27-year-old woman, suffered a suspected fractured arm and was taken to Liverpool Hospital for treatment and mandatory testing.

Officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

They’re appealing for witnesses, or anyone who may have dashcam vision, to contact police.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
