A man will appear in court next month after being charged with high-range drink driving in North Richmond overnight.
About 11pm yesterday (Friday 6 December 2019), a blue Mitsubishi Mirage collided with a parked white Suzuki Jimny on Pecks Road.
A male driver was observed inside the Mitsubishi, allegedly trying to start the car and exit the scene.
Police attended the location and subjected the man to a roadside breath test which returned a positive result.
The 36-year-old man was arrested and taken to Windsor Police Station where he provided an alleged breath analysis reading of 0.259.
He was charged with high range PCA and will appear in Windsor Local Court on Wednesday 15 January 2020.
