Man trafficking drugs at Grange, South Australia

A man will appear in court today after drugs were found in his undies at Grange last night.

Police patrolling the Grange area last night stopped and spoke to two people in a parked car in Woodland Court, Grange about 9.30pm on Thursday 14 July.

A search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered a quantity of fantasy.

One of the vehicle’s occupants was found with a quantity of suboxone strips and approximately 16 grams of methamphetamine in his underpants. He also had an amount of cash.

The drugs and cash were seized and the 26-year-old man from Port Adelaide was arrested.

He was charged with trafficking in a controlled drug, possess controlled drug, unlawfully possess prescription drug and unlawful possession.

He was refused police bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court today, Friday 15 July.
