A man will appear in court today charged with sexual offences following an investigation into an incident at a clinic in Sydney’s east.
Earlier this month, officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command commenced an investigation following reports a 33-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted during a massage at a business in Dover Heights.
Following inquiries, detectives arrested a 67-year-old man at a home in Dover Heights, about 11.30am yesterday (Monday 30 October 2023).
He was taken to Waverley Police Station and charged with sexual intercourse without consent and sexually touch another person without consent.
The man was refused bail to appear at Waverley Local Court today (Tuesday 31 October 2023).
