Detectives from the Sex Assault Squad are investigating an incident that occurred on Whatley Crescent in Maylands on Tuesday, 8 August 2023.
About 9.20pm, a woman in her 20s was waiting at the 16544 bus stop (near the train station) when a man grabbed her and rubbed himself against her.
The man has then followed the woman onto the 910 route bus travelling from Midland to Perth. Whilst on the bus the man has further assaulted the woman.
The man who is described as being in his 30s, 183cms tall, with a slim build and wearing a black and white Adidas sports jacket and carrying a holdall with a red motif, exited the bus at the Perth train station.
Investigators wish to speak to anyone who was on the 910 bus at the time of the incident or anyone who may have seen the man. Detectives are seeking to identify the person pictured who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
