MB Lynch Memorial Gardens upgrade – tell us what you think

Brimbank Mayor Cr Lucinda Congreve

invites community members to provide feedback on the proposed design of the MB Lynch Memorial Gardens upgrade in the heart of Sunshine.

“These gardens are an important link to the history of the Sunshine Town Centre and an opportunity for people who use this area to provide feedback on the design.

“Council is committed to improving access and creating high-quality, attractive and useable open spaces that will cater for our growing community.

“As a Community-First Council, we value community input and provide genuine opportunities for people to have their say,” Cr Congreve said.

The proposed design for MB Lynch Memorial Gardens includes new pathways, seating, feature lighting, more trees and garden beds that will be planted with a variety of flowering plants providing colourful floral displays throughout the year.

The design has considered key historical features that reflect the history of Sunshine whilst ensuring improved accessibility and usability of the gardens for the community.
