Meet your NRL heroes at Mindil Beach Sunset Markets

NT Government

There are now more reasons than ever to visit the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets for opening night, with the Parramatta Eels and North Queensland Cowboys players set to make a star appearance.

The iconic markets open on Thursday, 28 April 2022, and the two NRL teams will take part in a signing session with fans in the run up to their big clash on Saturday, 30 April 2022 at TIO Stadium. The game is part of the NT Government’s long-running partnership with the Parramatta Eels, and will be beamed nationwide via Foxtel and streamed online through Kayo. Game day will include the Eels Cup Under 16s Men’s and Women’s Grand Finals.

The Mindil Beach Sunset Markets are a favourite with Territorians and visitors, and offer an eclectic range of foods from around the world, a variety of gifts, and the kind of sunsets you’ll never forget.

The players signing session will take place between 5.30-6.30pm in the Community Space near the Soundshell. Fans will have the opportunity to meet their favourite players up close and get their merch signed.

You can grab your tickets to the game from the pop-up ticket booth, or try your luck in the hand-pass competition to score a double pass.
