An elderly woman reported missing from the Concord area has been located safe and well.
The 81-year-old woman was last seen at an address on Moreton Street, Concord, about 6pm yesterday (Monday 30 October 2023).
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries including geo-targeted text message, the woman was located safe in Burwood, about 4.40pm today (Tuesday 31 October 2023).
Police would like to thank the community and the media for their assistance.
