Police are seeking assistance from the public to help locate a 30-year-old woman missing from Caboolture.
Rebecca Powell (pictured) was last seen leaving a Caboolture hospital on December 17.
Police and family hold serious concerns for her safety due to a medical condition. It is out of character for Rebecca to not be in contact with family.
She is Caucasian, approximately 155cm tall, with a slim build and brown hair.
Anyone who may have seen her or has information in relation to her whereabouts is urged to contact police.
