Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mohamed Hammoude.
A warrant has been issued for the 22-year-old Broadmeadows man’s arrest in relation to affray offences.
Hammoude is described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, about 160cm tall and with short dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Broadmeadows area.
Hammoude may be travelling in a black Mercedes Benz with registration AQZ539.
Investigators have released an image of Hammoude in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
