A public information session will be held at the Cabonne Community Centre in Molong between 5.30pm and 8.30 pm on Thursday 1 February 2024 where the Consultants will be available to answer any questions that the community may have about the Flood Study.
The studies are jointly funded by Council and the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and aims to build community resilience towards flooding through informing better planning of development, emergency management and community awareness.
The purpose of the Flood Study is to define the impact that flooding has on the urbanised parts of Molong for a range of storm events.
