Council contractors commenced installation of a 2.5m wide footpath from Wellington St to Smith St, Molong South and East side of the road.
Works commenced Tuesday 3 October 2023.
Works are being delivered under two phases:
– Phase 1 – from Wellington Street to Smith Street (along Philip Street), works will conclude at the existing footpath on the Smith Street end.
– Phase 2 – from Philip Street to Edward Street (along Smith Street), works will conclude at the existing footpath on the Edward Street end.
The works will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.
This project was identified in the Pedestrian Access Mobility Plan (PAMP) and has been funded under the Get NSW Active and Local Roads and Community Infrastructure grant programs.
