Police are investigating the circumstances after a motorcyclist died in Craigieburn this morning.
Investigators believe the rider was travelling south along Aitken Boulevard when he struck a concrete barrier about south of Hampton Street, just before 6am.
The rider, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Police will prepare a report for Coroner and ask that anyone who witnessed the crash, or who may have dash cam footage, call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
