Motorcyclist dies in crash, NSW

A motorcyclist has died after a collision in Sydney’s south west.

Emergency services were called to Edmondson Park Road, outside the railway station, about midday (Saturday 9 May 2020), following a crash between a motorcycle and a Toyota Camry.

The rider, a 24-year-old man, died at the scene.

The Camry driver, also aged 24, wasn’t injured but has been taken to Liverpool Hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command have established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Anyone who witnessed it, or the events leading up to it, is urged to come forward.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
