Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s north.

Ronald Weaver, aged 79, was last seen on Woolcott Avenue, Wahroonga, at 10am this morning (Tuesday 27 December 2022).

When he could not be located by friends and family, officers attached to Kuring Gai Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare as he lives with alzhemer’s and other medical conditions.

Ronald is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm-160cm tall, of thin build, with grey hair and bald on top.

He was last seen wearing a cream coloured shirt with a beer logo on the front and back, grey coloured shorts and coloured stripped socks.

Officers believe he is still in the Wahroonga area or surrounds.
