National Careers Institute Partnership Grants program Round 4 projects announced

Round 4 of the program offered grants of up to $350,000 to employers, training providers, schools and community organisations for collaborative projects with a focus on helping young people with their education, training and employment decisions.

Many projects will also help disadvantaged groups of young people and those whose careers have been impacted by COVID-19, including young women, disengaged youth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and migrants.

The successful organisations and projects are:

  • Action For Agriculture – Action4Youth, Explore Connect Support to Thrive in Careers in Agriculture
  • Breakaway Aboriginal Corporation – Career Dimensions through self-exploration and collaboration
  • Compact Incorporated – Next Level Careers: Early Childhood Education and Care regional partnership
  • JT Academy – JTSucceed
  • Lives Lived Well – Nurture Youth Training and Employment Project
  • Settlement Services International – Youth Employment Planning Passport
  • SYC – Career Grit, Volition and Career Adaptability: Disengaged Young people
  • Tablelands Regional Council – Tablelands Tomorrow
  • Whittlesea Community Connections – Supported Work & Learning Opportunities for Young People in Whittlesea
