Round 4 of the program offered grants of up to $350,000 to employers, training providers, schools and community organisations for collaborative projects with a focus on helping young people with their education, training and employment decisions.
Many projects will also help disadvantaged groups of young people and those whose careers have been impacted by COVID-19, including young women, disengaged youth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and migrants.
The successful organisations and projects are:

- Settlement Services International – Youth Employment Planning Passport
- SYC – Career Grit, Volition and Career Adaptability: Disengaged Young people
- Tablelands Regional Council – Tablelands Tomorrow
- Whittlesea Community Connections – Supported Work & Learning Opportunities for Young People in Whittlesea
