No way back for jihadi bride: Lambert

Australian Conservatives Release

An Australian woman who ran off to support the Islamic State and is now living with her two young children in a Syrian refugee camp has told the ABC she wants to come back to Australia.

The Conservative Party supports stripping jihadis of their Australian citizenship if they hold dual nationality.

The woman has refused to confirm her identity but it is believed she is 24-year-old Zehra Duman from Melbourne.

The Conservative Party’s South Australian Senate candidate Rikki Lambert says Australians who go overseas to support terrorists need to be aware of the consequences.
