Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot A on PS837146D, located at 75S Tuckers Road, Clyde (the Proposal). The subject land parcel is shown hatched as ‘Lot B’ on proposed plan of subdivision 839567R highlighted below.
The Proposal is that the subject land be purchased by Agreement.
