NSW police charge man with child sex offences at Hawkesbury

A man has been charged after allegedly committing sexual offences towards children on two separate occasions.

It is alleged about 2pm on Saturday 17 August 2019, the 40-year-old man went to a library at Windsor where he committed a sexual act in front of two 16-year-old female students.

Police were notified, and an investigation commenced.

About 6.20am today (Friday 23 August 2019), a 13-year-old girl boarded a train at Quakers Hill and travelled to Riverstone when a man boarded and sat next to her.

It is alleged the man committed a sexual act while sitting next to the girl.

The teen left the train at Mulgrave where she met with her mother and police were contacted.

Police attended Richmond Railway Station and arrested the man.

He was taken to Windsor Police Station and charged with intentional incite child 10-16 years do sexual act to them, carry out sexual act with another person without consent and wilful and obscene exposure in a public place.

He was refused bail and is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court tomorrow (Saturday 24 August 2019).
