NSW police investigate two-vehicle crash at Picnic Point

Investigations are continuing following a two-vehicle crash in Sydney’s south-west today.

About 1.20pm (Saturday 6 June 2020), emergency services were called to Henry Lawson Drive, Picnic Point, following reports of a crash involving a motorcycle and a Land Rover 4WD.

The motorcyclist, an 87-year-old man, was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.

The driver, a 40-year-old man, was not injured and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision of the crash is urged to come forward.
