NSW police lay charges over sexual touching of three teens

A man will face court today charged over the alleged sexual touching of three teenagers at Bondi Beach yesterday.

Between 2pm and 4pm (Friday 24 January 2020), police will allege that an 18-year-old woman and two 17-year-old girls were swimming at Bondi Beach, when a man approached them in the water.

It will be alleged in court that the man sexually touched the teenagers and proceeded to follow them in the water.

Officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation.

A 45-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Waverley Police Station, where he was charged with three counts of sexually touch another person without consent.

The Chinese National was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today (Saturday 25 January 2020).
