NSW police seek information after break and enter

Police have released vision as they appeal for public assistance following a break and enter in Sydney’s west yesterday.

About 4.20am (Sunday 14 November 2021), emergency services were called to an address at The Crescent, Wentworth Point, following reports of a brawl.

On arrival, officers attached to Auburn and Burwood police area commands were told a group of about 25 people were having a party, before a group of approximately 16 armed males and females entered the unit wearing face coverings.

While inside, the offenders allegedly damaged property and one used a glass bottle to strike an 18-year-old female across the head.

A crime scene was established, and officers commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

As inquiries continue, police have released vision of a number of people who may be able to assist and are urging anyone who may have information to contact police.
