NSW police seek information after stabbing

Police are appealing for public assistance as they investigate the stabbing of a man in Sydney’s south west earlier this year.

Around 3.45pm on Thursday 19 March 2020, emergency services were called to Ducros Street, Oran Park, following reports a man had been stabbed.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command attended to find the man with multiple stab wounds to the face and arms.

NSW Ambulance paramedics attended and took the man to Liverpool hospital with non life-threatening injuries, where he remains today.

As investigations continue, police are appealing for assistance from the public in identifying two men who may be able to assist with inquiries.

The first man is described as medium build, of a Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 18-20 years old with collar-length black hair last seen wearing a black t-shirt, red shorts, black baseball cap, black runners, and carrying a black shoulder bag.

The second man is described as medium build, of a Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 18-20 years old, last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt and dark coloured shorts.

Anyone who might have been in or was driving through the Oran Park area around the time of the incident are urged to contact police.
