The Young Sporting Leaders program supports the development of young women involved in sport and leisure clubs in Knox and the first one for 2022 is booked for Tuesday 12 April at Rowville Community Centre.
Clubs are encouraged to nominate up to two young women, aged 14 and 18 years old, to participate. The program, delivered by Knox City Council’s Youth Services team along with some very special industry guests, comes at no cost to your club, or to the individual.
And don’t worry, the nomination form will only take a couple of minutes to complete and can be submitted online.
Successful applicants will be advised by 10 March, but nominations are due by Monday 7 March.
