Optus is re-imagining SMB support in partnership with national retailer Harvey Norman by introducing an Optus Business hub for small businesses designed to create a one-stop-shop for small and medium businesses to select telecommunications services including mobile and broadband solutions, and more complex technology products.
The first Optus Business Hub to launch is located at Harvey Normans flagship Auburn store in Sydney and will be followed by a series of sites to be rolled out across select Harvey Norman locations, commencing with Toowoomba and Bundall on the Gold Coast.
Connectivity is essential for any business and with many Harvey Norman stores already supporting small to large businesses we saw a fantastic opportunity to support SMBs with an expanded range of Optus SMB offerings into key Harvey Norman locations, said Libby Roy, Managing Director Optus SMB.

Following the initial launch Optus expects to launch further sites early next year.
