Due to the Optus outage today, the City is currently unable to receive incoming external calls at any of our venues including major sporting venues, tourist parks, libraries and community centres.
However, customers can still call 1300 Gold Coast (1300 465 326) for any enquiries.
Measures have been put in place to ensure payments can still be made and public Wi-Fi is still available at all venues.
