Optus powers up Yallingup Siding

Optus has switched on a mobile tower in Yallingup Siding strengthening Optus services in the region.

With domestic borders recently re-opening across Western Australia, the new tower located in Yallingup Siding will provide improved coverage for residents, business and tourists in the area. The enhanced coverage will enable the likes of Yallingup Steiner School and Yallingup Galleries to access improved coverage and connectivity as well as improvements to the northern section of Caves Road, Yallingup.

Optus Territory General Manager for Western Australia, Paul ONeill, is proud to be continuing to strengthen mobile coverage across regional Western Australia.

Were pleased to be switching on yet another tower in the South West region and continuing to strengthen connectivity across the region to allow our customers to do more of the things they love, in more places.

As we roll out our best network ever, we know that customers want faster download speeds and reliable connectivity whether they are, home or on the go. The tower in Yallingup Siding will also allow our customers to access more of the Optus Living Network features and stay connected with family and friends.

Not only does the new tower deliver improved 4G mobile connectivity, coverage and capacity, but it also provides competition and choice for local businesses and residents at a great value, added Paul.

The Yallingup Siding tower follows the recent switch on of Ambergate East earlier this year. Optus continues to invest to improve coverage, reliability and speed across its Australian mobile network, with this new tower providing a competitive telecommunications alternative for Busselton residents and businesses.
